We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven bartenders/servers to join our team.

We are a Japanese-inspired rooftop concept focused on warm service, strong beverage execution, light bar food, and a polished guest experience. This role is ideal for someone comfortable working both behind the bar and on the floor, with the ability to provide attentive service, make drinks consistently, and support overall service flow.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, fast-moving, and guest-focused. We are looking for someone who can bring confidence, personality, and attention to detail while working in a fast-paced rooftop environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, sake, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards.

Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to bar guests and seated guests.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

Run drinks and food as needed to support service.

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and service area.

Follow cocktail recipes, portioning, batching, garnish, and presentation standards consistently.

Handle guest payments and POS transactions accurately.

Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and management.

Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and restocking.

Maintain professionalism, urgency, and composure during busy service periods.

Create a welcoming and elevated guest experience from arrival through departure.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of bartending or serving experience required.

Strong cocktail knowledge and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Comfortable working both behind the bar and on the floor.

Japanese spirits, sake, shochu, or Japanese restaurant experience is a plus.

Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.

Strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude.

Professional appearance and polished presence.

Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Must have or be willing to obtain any required NYC food handler/alcohol service certifications.

Compensation

Hourly rate plus tips, based on experience.

Schedule

Evening, weekend, holiday, and brunch availability required.

Candidates must be available for rooftop service, including nights, weekends, holidays, and brunch shifts as scheduled.
