We are hiring Bartenders for our rooftop bar and lounge.
What you'll do
- Execute the cocktail program with speed, consistency, and precision
- Serve guests seated at the bar with the same attentiveness as a dining section
- Work high-volume evening and late-night service, including Golden Hour and weekend brunch
- Maintain accurate pours, proper glassware, and presentation standards on every drink
- Manage bar setup, prep, garnish production, and closing procedures
- Handle par levels, restocking, and communicating shortages to management
- Enter orders accurately in Toast and process payments
- Support private events and buyouts alongside the events team
- Verify ID and serve responsibly in compliance with New York State ABC law
What we're looking for
- 2+ years bartending in a full-service restaurant, bar, or hotel
- Strong classic cocktail knowledge and comfort executing a spec-driven menu
- High-volume experience; rooftop, hotel, or event-driven venues a plus
- Toast POS familiarity preferred
- Evening, weekend, and late-night availability required
- NYC Food Protection Certificate and alcohol service training a plus
Compensation
- Hourly base plus tips
- Schedule determined based on venue needs, part-time to full-time depending on volume
