Bartender

Lucky's has been honoring the classic American steakhouse tradition since 2000. Founded in Montecito, California with a second location in Malibu, Lucky's opened it's first east coast location in Soho in 2024. 
With 50 seats and a private dining room, Lucky's Soho brings the beloved brand to it's most intimate setting yet. The menu features classic Lucky's favorites such as ‘Gene’s Filet’ (filet mignon, fresh horseradish and red wine sauce), alongside NYC exclusives, such as thick-cut cajun bacon. A robust wine program and table-side martini service round out the experience.
Lucky's Soho is looking for one full-time bartender to join the team in the new year. 
Job Summary:

The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, serve guests at the bar, and oversee the stock of liquor and bar supplies

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Provide positive, energetic, and attentive service in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to effectively communicate with FOH team, Managers and BOH staff 
• Complete all opening, transition, and closing responsibilities; complete side work assignments
• Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized by following cleaning checklist
• Ability to multi task and move with around the floor with a purpose
• Demonstrate ability to aid co-workers during service while successfully maintaining a section.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all menu items, as well as daily specials.
• Have strong beverage knowledge and must be able to effectively navigate the by the glass list without the assistance of a sommelier
• Ensures that customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
• Submits orders or creates requisition forms for liquor, beer, and other bar-related supplies

Requirements :

• Able to lift 30+ lbs.
• Polished personal presentation: Grooming meets company standards, as outlined by the Service Manual.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business.
• Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to perform essential job functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Arrive on time and “floor-ready” for all scheduled shifts. Arrive to work following dress code guidelines and standards.
• Clock in and out for each scheduled shift and shift break. Exhibit accurate and effective use of time and attendance portals and procedures.
• Abide by all Lucky’s policies and guidelines.
