- Bartenders will:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails and beverages, approaching drink orders by making recommendations based on guest preferences
- Possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, approaching food orders by making recommendations based on guest preferences
- Create conditions for a memorable dining experience by engaging with guests
- Monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience and respond in a prompt manner
- Maintain and ensure the bar areas are clean, sanitized, and organized
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcohol, glasses, etc.
- Collaborate with bar backs and other team members to ensure smooth operations
