As a Bartender at Florentin, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for every guest. You will prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency, maintain a clean and organized bar, and work alongside a passionate team committed to providing one of the best hospitality experiences in Los Angeles.

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and precision
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalized guest service
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, beer, wine, and food offerings
• Keep the bar clean, organized, fully stocked, and service-ready throughout every shift
• Execute opening, closing, and side work according to company standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and composure
• Accurately process orders and payments using our POS system
• Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Communicate effectively with servers, barbacks, kitchen staff, and management
• Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and maintaining pars
• Help maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the rooftop and guest-facing areas
• Uphold Florentin’s hospitality standards and represent the brand with professionalism

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail bar, restaurant, or hospitality venue
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required (or ability to obtain before employment)
• Food Handler Certification preferred
