Bartender

Gin Rummy Bar in Marina Del Rey is looking for an experienced bartender with a BIG personality  to join our team.

We’re a high-energy neighborhood bar with a tropical/tiki vibe, loyal regulars, and a cocktail program we’re proud of. This role is guest-facing and personality-driven  — if you love talking to people, this is the bar for you.

This job is for you if you:

• Are genuinely outgoing, friendly, and confident behind the bar

• Love engaging with guests, learning names, and building regulars

• Bring positive energy to every shift

Requirements:

• Craft cocktail experience (classic + modern)

• Weekend availability is a must (Friday–Sunday)

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus points if you:

• Have high-volume bar experience

• Enjoy creating memorable guest experiences

• Believe hospitality is just as important as the drinks
