Le Mistral is seeking a polished, knowledgeable bartender to join our beverage-driven wine and cocktail bar. The ideal candidate combines strong cocktail technique, genuine wine and spirits knowledge, and the ability to deliver attentive, intuitive service in an intimate, high-volume setting.
This role requires precision, warmth, curiosity, and a team-first attitude. Bartenders are expected to guide guests confidently through our Southern European–inspired program, execute drinks consistently, maintain a clean and organized bar, and create personal, memorable experiences without ego or pretension. Previous experience in a chef-driven restaurant, cocktail bar, or elevated wine program is strongly preferred.
