Shifts include weekend brunch and weekday dinners, possibly some weekend dinners. Flexibility to serve on the floor is ideal. Professional, precise bartender who measures everything and keeps a clean space required. Big Jones is a fine restaurant with a craft cocktail bar, candidates with strong knowledge of crafting liqueurs, shrubs, bitters, punches, etc. are ideal.
