As a Bartender, you are both a craftsperson and a host. Beyond preparing exceptional cocktails, wine, and beverages, you create an inviting atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, engaged, and cared for.

Whether behind the bar or supporting the dining room, you'll deliver polished, knowledgeable service while working collaboratively with the entire team. You understand that great bartending is equal parts technical skill, hospitality, and teamwork.

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized hospitality to every guest.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu with confidence, offering thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.
• Execute professional wine service, including by-the-glass and bottle presentations.
• Prepare beverages for both bar guests and the dining room with accuracy and efficiency.
• Learn and communicate daily menu updates, seasonal cocktails, wine selections, and featured spirits.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stocking, organization, and daily bar preparation.
• Assist with food running, table service, and supporting teammates whenever needed.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work to company standards.
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative environment where every team member contributes to the guest experience.

• Two or more years of bartending experience preferred.
• Experience in chef-driven, upscale casual, cocktail, or fine dining restaurants is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure with excellent organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
