Le Petit Marcel, a French-inspired brasserie in the heart of Lakeview East, is looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering warm hospitality, expertly crafted cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
Craft cocktails, pour wine & beer, and provide excellent bar service.
Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating a memorable experience.
Maintain a clean, organized bar and follow all safety and sanitation standards.
Support FOH staff during service and contribute to a positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
Strong communication and guest service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
