What You'll DoDeliver Exceptional Hospitality

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

• Build meaningful connections with guests while creating memorable dining experiences.

• Take beverage orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations.

• Anticipate guest needs and deliver attentive service throughout the dining experience.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

Craft Outstanding Beverages

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Chama Mama recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and seasonal beverage offerings.

• Consistently execute beverages with accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

• Recommend pairings that enhance the guest dining experience.

• Ensure every beverage served reflects Chama Mama's quality standards.

Support Daily Bar Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.

• Accurately process guest payments and maintain customer tabs.

• Safely operate and maintain bar equipment while reporting maintenance concerns promptly.

• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities according to company standards.

Champion Safety & Compliance

• Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws and regulations.

• Practice responsible alcohol service at all times.

• Follow all Department of Health regulations and company sanitation standards.

• Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation of all bar equipment, glassware, and work areas.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety procedures.

Support Team Success

• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, hosts, and managers to deliver seamless service.

• Assist in training and supporting new team members.

• Contribute to a respectful, positive, and team-oriented work environment.

• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, accountability, and teamwork during every shift.
