Special Education Classroom Aide
We're seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable Special Education Classroom Aide to support students and teachers at the elementary level. This part-time position (29 hours per week) involves working closely with students who have a range of learning, behavioral, and physical needs, helping create a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support individual and small groups of students under the direction of a certified teacher
- Assist with academic tasks, behavior support plans, and daily routines
- Foster a positive and respectful learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure student success
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
