Barista

Hiring for Cafe Du Bey. 
The Barista is responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages to order.

Demonstrate strong knowledge and skill in preparing premium coffee and matcha beverages, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation in every drink served.

Operate coffee equipment including espresso machines, grinders, and pour-over stations.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of coffee beans and ingredients.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and workstations.

Take guest orders accurately and handle payments promptly.

Educate guests about different coffee varieties and brewing methods if asked.

Assist with restocking, inventory management, and daily cleaning tasks.
Passionately deliver warm, genuine hospitality by creating memorable guest experiences and taking pride in serving every customer with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm.

• 3+ year   of experience as a Barista or similar role.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, latte art, etc. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
