Paola's Delights is a family-owned bakery looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to join our staff.
Position Type: Part-Time (Approx. 25 hours/week)
Schedule: Rotating weekly schedule based on bakery needs and operating days. Availability required Wednesday through Sunday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee, espresso, and matcha drinks
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Operate POS system (Shift4) and process transactions accurately
- Assist customers with placing bakery and beverage orders
- Package customer orders carefully and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter, beverage station, and work area
- Restock supplies and assist with daily bakery tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
- 2+ years experience in making coffee, espresso, matcha, or similar beverages preferred
- Friendly, welcoming, and accommodating personality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability for rotating weekly shifts
