Barista

We are seeking a barista to join our team of culinary professionals. Baristas are expected to work regular bar shifts, periodically support evening events, perform kitchen prep for specialty beverages, and manage stocking and inventory. Normal service is from 7am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, but will periodically include early opens or late closes, and a very occasional weekend. Schedules will be coordinated accordingly. The program is fully subsidized, so there are no sales. In addition to general barista responsibilities, baristas are responsible for quality assurance, training and implementing guidelines, communicating schedule changes, coordinating barista support for events, ordering and inventory, developing featured and specialty beverages, and maintaining a fun and supportive work environment.
