Barista

We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team at WINNER in the Park, our beautiful café located in the heart of Prospect Park. If you love great coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Our full-time baristas currently average $500–$700 per week in tips, making this an excellent earning opportunity for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a high-volume café environment.

As a Barista, you'll help create the welcoming experience our guests have come to expect by:

• Preparing espresso drinks, coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care
• Providing warm, knowledgeable, and genuine hospitality to every guest
• Taking customer orders accurately using our POS system
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and fully stocked café throughout each shift
• Serving pastries, sandwiches, baked goods, and other café offerings
• Monitoring product quality and presentation
• Opening and closing the café following company procedures
• Restocking supplies and communicating inventory needs
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
• Working collaboratively with teammates during busy service periods
• Representing the WINNER brand with professionalism and positivity

• Has previous café, coffee, or hospitality experience
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is eager to learn and receive feedback
• Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Is comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds
• Is available to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
