We're looking for energetic, hospitality-driven Barbacks to join our upscale casual restaurant. If you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

• Support bartenders in delivering exceptional service to every guest.
• Keep the bar fully stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
• Assist with preparing garnishes, juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients.
• Run glassware, beverages, and supplies efficiently throughout service.
• Clear and clean the bar area, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Wash and polish glassware and maintain an organized bar throughout service.
• Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties.
• Restock inventory and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
• Anticipate the needs of bartenders and guests during high-volume service.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Previous bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service.
• Dependable, organized, and willing to take initiative.
• Ability to lift and carry cases of beverages and other supplies.
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability.
