We're hiring a Barback to support our bar team at a high-volume, multi-level rooftop venue. You'll keep stock, ice, and glassware flowing so bartenders can focus on guests. This is a physical, fast-paced role suited to someone reliable who works well under pressure.
What You'll Do

- Stock and restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes
- Move cases and supplies between storage and bar stations across multiple floors
- Keep ice, glassware, and bar tops stocked and clean throughout service
- Break down bottles, boxes, and packaging; manage recycling and trash
- Prep garnishes and juice fresh ingredients ahead of and during service
- Set up and break down bar stations for each shift
- Support bartenders during peak volume
- Prior bar support or F&B experience preferred
- Comfortable with basic prep work — cutting garnishes, juicing, batching
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move stairs repeatedly during a shift
- Reliable, fast-moving, and comfortable in a high-energy environment
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must meet legal age to serve/handle alcohol in NYC
