Finney's Crafthouse is a family-owned American tavern known for scratch-made food, local craft beer, and exceptional hospitality. Since opening in 2016, we've grown to 16 locations across Southern California and continue to expand.
We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support all restaurant operations and service standards
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and retention
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Manage labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Maintain food safety and compliance standards
- Manage the bar environment, product purchasing, and inventory management
- Maintain strong relationships with our vendor partners
Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
