Responsibilities include scheduling, training, and coaching staff; managing bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls; enforcing alcohol service and safety standards; monitoring cash handling and POS accuracy; and supporting promotions, events, and game nights. The Bar Manager works closely with kitchen and restaurant leadership to deliver consistent quality, drive sales, and support community engagement and team culture.
