Banquets & Events Operations Director

TKO Employment Services Delaware LLC is seeking a Banquet Manager/F&B Manager to lead the Banquets division at Hyatt Place Kent Narrows and Marina in Grasonville, MD. You will supervise banquet staff, set up events, monitor guest satisfaction, and help manage forecasts and budgets to maximize revenue while ensuring excellent service.

The role requires experience in hotel banquet operations, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain brand standards while controlling costs and labor.
