We are seeking professional, reliable On-Call Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. This role supports a variety of high-end events, including weddings, corporate functions, galas, and private celebrations. Ideal candidates are personable, attentive, and able to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Responsibilities
Provide polished, elegant service during banquet events
Set up and break down event spaces according to specifications
Serve plated meals, buffet service, and beverages with attention to detail
Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors
Uphold all service standards and venue policies
Requirements
Previous fine dining or high-end banquet experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to carry trays and stand/walk for extended periods
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
