Banquet Director: Lead Luxe Events & Service

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is seeking a Director of Banquets to coordinate, supervise and direct all aspects of the hotel’s banquet operations while ensuring profitability and high service levels. This role drives ideas to promote business, reduces turnover, and maintains revenue and payroll budgets with consistent quality.

The candidate should have supervisory experience, a strong understanding of service standards, and knowledge of F&B techniques, health and liquor regulations.
