Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth and development of the bankruptcy department.
- Manage and litigate a high-volume caseload of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
- Conduct client intakes and assess complex financial situations.
- Represent clients at 341 meetings and handle adversary proceedings.
- Lead a team of bankruptcy professionals and paralegals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in debtor-side and consumer bankruptcy law.
- Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
Skills
- Strong client advocacy and communication skills.
