A law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Litigation Associate in Wilmington, Delaware. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team handling complex litigation matters in corporate bankruptcy cases and other federal and state court cases.
Duties
Collaborate with attorneys, co-counsel, and clients on litigation matters. Engage in all phases of litigation, including motion practice and oral advocacy. Participate in eDiscovery processes.
Requirements
Admitted to the Delaware bar or willing to take the Delaware bar exam. One to four years of corporate or commercial litigation experience. Experience in Delaware state and federal courts preferred.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Delaware Bar admission or eligibility.
Skills
Strong oral and written advocacy skills. Proficiency in eDiscovery tools and processes.
