A law firm seeks a highly qualified Bankruptcy Litigation Associate to join its practice in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors' rights litigation.
Duties
- Represent parties in bankruptcy and restructuring cases.
- Handle loan workouts and enforcement actions.
- Manage receiverships and foreclosures.
- Engage in distressed asset acquisitions and restructurings.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent drafting and legal writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and academic credentials.
- Active bar license in Washington or ability to waive in.
- Bar license in Oregon and/or California is a plus.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Active bar membership in good standing.
