Salary: $125,000–$175,000 + Generous Bonus Package
I am recruiting on behalf of an established, highly respected mid-sized Baltimore law firm seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its growing Financial Services / Creditors' Rights practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys sophisticated litigation, meaningful client interaction, and working alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
The Opportunity:
The selected attorney will represent financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, and commercial clients in a variety of matters, including:
- Bankruptcy proceedings, foreclosures, and collection litigation
- Loan workouts, restructurings, and creditor recovery strategies
- Commercial and financial services litigation in state and federal courts
- Drafting pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, loan modifications, and forbearance agreements
- Advising clients on enforcement and recovery strategies
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Maryland Bar admission required
- 2–5 years of relevant creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or financial services litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, litigation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with partners and clients
