What You'll Do:
- Represent creditor clients in complex bankruptcy proceedings
- Handle preference and fraudulent transfer litigation
- Draft pleadings, negotiate settlements, and appear in court
- Work directly with clients, senior partners, and other top bankruptcy professionals
- Participate in industry conferences and high-profile cases nationwide
- JD from an accredited law school
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy law, particularly creditors' rights
- Creditors rights and preference avoidance action experience is a must
- Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a high-performing team
- Open to occasional travel to Minneapolis for in-person training and meetings (if remote)
