You will review filings, deadlines, and pleadings, coordinating with attorneys, trustees, and internal teams to protect the credit union's interests while ensuring compliance.
You will also provide backup support to other legal functions, including deceased member accounts, levies, garnishments, repossessions, and collateral recovery.
