We are seeking experienced Risk Management Consultants with hands-on Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) experience supporting large financial services organizations, including major banks and other highly regulated financial institutions.
We are specifically targeting professionals who have performed RCSA-related work within large financial services environments, either from an external consulting/advisory perspective or in an internal risk management capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution and enhancement of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across business functions and risk management programs within a large banking environment.
- Partner with First Line of Defense (1LOD) business stakeholders and Second Line of Defense (2LOD) risk teams to evaluate risk exposures, control effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with identifying, documenting, and assessing inherent risks, existing controls, residual risks, and control gaps.
- Support the development, implementation, and enhancement of operational risk and control frameworks. xhqgsiq
- Facilitate RCSA workshops, risk assessment discussions, and working sessions with business leaders, risk professionals, and subject matter experts.
