Banking Operations Specialist - OnsiteGenesis10 is currently seeking a Banking Operations Specialist - Onsite for a 6+ month contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Tacoma, WA. This is a 100% onsite role.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour.Overview: Under direct supervision, this role focuses on the execution of basic processing work following defined procedures. The Specialist is responsible for routine operational and administrative work within various banking areas such as credit cards, retail banking, and consumer lending, escalating any issues as they arise.Key Responsibilities:Administer defined procedures for filing, recording, processing, and servicing of documentationOpen mail and extract paper invoices and checksProperly sort non-payment documents for processingAccurately batch work and communicate issues to the Workflow Coordinator or SupervisorAssist in reviewing or ensuring proper documentation and procedures are used for basic activitiesPerform routine tasks as assigned by the managerProvide service for routine billing inquiries, service requests, and customer suggestionsCross-train in other functional areas such as mail sort, keying, reassociation, and data entryPrimary Requirements:0-1 years of experience with working knowledge of business or general office skillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experienceWorks well with others in a team environmentExceptional attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsProficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracyProven ability to handle high transaction volumes accurately and meet production goalsProven effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applicationsBasic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulationsExcellent customer service skillsDesired Skills:College degree preferredOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
