As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), the Bank focuses on expanding access to affordable financial services, promoting financial literacy, and helping individuals and businesses build long-term wealth.The Banking Operations Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:Monitoring and processing checks received through remote deposit, posting incoming wire transfers, and managing online banking access, remote deposit access, and transaction limits.Responding to subpoenas, processing account holds, and remitting funds for garnishments.Opening new accounts and servicing online banking and listing service accounts.Processing and researching Regulation E (Reg E) claims, managing inactive account notices, handling account escheatment, and performing related duties.Handling returned items, ACH transactions, and other account-related processes.Required qualifications for the position include:Minimum high school educationMinimum of 5 years of banking experience preferably in an operations settingExcellent communication skills, both written and oral with peers, supervisors, management and outside vendorsProficient in computer skills including Word, Excel, and other bank related softwarePay Rate Range: $20.50 - $22.50/hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
