Duties
- Represent financial institutions, asset managers, and issuers in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for asset‑backed securities issuances and other structured finance arrangements.
- Prepare, negotiate, review, and analyze transactional legal opinions.
- Support the team throughout all phases of complex structured finance transactions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in structured finance transactions and securitizations.
- Licensed to practice in home jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed attorney in home jurisdiction.
Skills
- Experience with CLO transactions and special purpose entity matters.
