Duties
- Represent and advise lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions.
- Structure, negotiate, document, and close domestic and international transactions.
- Draft and negotiate credit agreements and related documents.
- Analyze issues under the UCC and the Bankruptcy Code.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school; admitted to the New York Bar.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in banking and finance.
- Strong background in lending; lender-side experience preferred.
- Familiarity with letters of credit; exposure to trade or fund finance is advantageous.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
