Engaging with members in a professional manner, the full-time Banker Member Service Representative will assist with daily retail branch operations, perform routine and complex transactions, and actively advocate for member needs while maintaining compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities Provide excellent member service by accurately completing transactions and addressing inquiries Assist with branch operations, including cash handling, audits, and training, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance Actively listen to members to identify needs and offer appropriate products and services, contributing to branch sales and service goals Required qualifications High school diploma or college degree Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to successfully complete new account and loan training within the first year Familiarity with basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
