Engaging with members in a full-time capacity, the Banker Member Service Representative will perform routine and complex transactions, provide excellent customer service, and support branch operations while adhering to federal and state regulations. Key responsibilities Perform routine and complex member transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring excellent service Act as a member advocate by actively listening to member needs and providing appropriate referrals for products and services Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services, participating in training and contributing to branch sales and service goals Required qualifications High school diploma or college degree Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a financial or customer service cash handling environment Ability to complete new account and loan training within 1 year of service Proficiency in basic PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
