Robert Half is actively hiring a Bank Warehouse Clerk to support one of our leading clients in the financial services industry in Monroe, Louisiana!

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and hardworking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with warehouse, material handling, document processing, or general production experience who are looking for a stable opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.

Position Details

• Position: Bank Warehouse Clerk
• Location: Monroe, LA
• Pay Rate: $13.00–$15.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Overtime: Occasional weekday overtime; optional half-day Saturdays
• Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month minimum initial contract)
• Interview Process: One virtual interview via Zoom

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jacks to move, stack, and unstack pallets containing document storage boxes.
• Operate forklifts as required to support warehouse operations.
• Retrieve, organize, and transport document boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform basic clerical duties, including document preparation, scanning, copying, filing, and retrieval.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while completing repetitive, production-based tasks.
• Meet daily productivity goals and deadlines while following established safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, production, or document processing experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Previous pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus.
