Robert Half is actively hiring a Bank Warehouse Clerk to support one of our leading clients in the financial services industry in Monroe, Louisiana!

📍 Position Details

• 🏢 Position: Bank Warehouse Clerk
• 📍 Location: Monroe, LA
• 💰 Pay Rate: $13.00–$15.00 per hour
• 📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• ⏰ Overtime: Occasional weekday overtime; optional half-day Saturdays
• 🏭 Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
• 📋 Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6-month minimum initial contract)
• 💻 Interview Process: One virtual interview via Zoom

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jacks to move, stack, and unstack pallets containing document storage boxes.
• Operate forklifts as required to support warehouse operations.
• Retrieve, organize, and transport document boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Perform basic clerical duties, including document preparation, scanning, copying, filing, and retrieval.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while completing repetitive, production-based tasks.
• Meet daily productivity goals and deadlines while following established safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

✅ Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, production, or document processing experience preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and time management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Previous pallet jack or forklift experience is a plus.
