Bank TellerDisburses approved loans and acts as a signing witness on loan documents. Provides outstanding customer service and resolves member inquiries and issues. Accepts consumer loan applications and supporting documents. Interviews loan applicants to gather necessary information for loan processing. Assists with ATM balancing and replenishment. Secures, maintains, and balances cash drawers and ensures accurate cash handling.
Handles transactions received over-the-counter, by mail, email, and telephone. Maintains an adequate supply of credit union forms and documents. Performs routine clerical tasks such as filing and document preparation. Processes member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, money orders, and checks. Opens and closes member accounts and updates account information as needed. Cross-sells credit union products and services to meet sales and service goals.
