Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Bank Operations Analyst will assist teams in identifying, planning, and completing projects while providing internal customer support regarding deposit and loan records. Key responsibilities Collaborates with key leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures Assists in process flow documentation and drives improvements for efficiency and scalability within the operations department Provides training and guidance to team members while managing multiple priorities and ensuring adherence to compliance regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of three years of experience in banking, preferably in operations Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn various banking software applications Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
