• Greet, welcome, and connect with our guests; maintain premium guest service and treat each guest as a VIP.
• Handle guest orders and transactions in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Previous food handling experience in hospitality or food and beverage is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds

Education

• A high school diploma or GED required

Language Skills

• Must be able to speak, read and write English

Salary

• In California, the expected salary range is between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. Actual compensation determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
