Responsibilities
- Greet, welcome, and connect with our guests; maintain premium guest service and treat each guest as a VIP.
- Handle guest orders and transactions in a professional and efficient manner.
- Perform guest service tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications
- One year of experience in a customer service environment preferred
- Previous food handling experience in hospitality or food and beverage is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds
Education
- A high school diploma or GED required
Language Skills
- Must be able to speak, read and write English

Salary
- In California, the expected salary range is between $17.00 and $18.00 per hour. Actual compensation determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
