This is an opportunity to get in at the ground level of an organization with plans in motion to build additional locations.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize and oversee day-to-day operationsBe a natural, hands-on leader working closely with both crew members and customers to demonstrate excellent serviceMonitor and assist production to ensure a high performing bakeryMonitor and oversee inventory tracking system to maintain proper par levelsManage online orders for shipping, wholesale and in-store pickupPublish crew schedule; approve/disapprove PTO requests based on the needs of the bakeryArticulate monthly crew incentives and bonus structures to motivate & reward good peopleAssist with hiring & training crew members, as well as being an ongoing source of supportReadily resolve any crew or customer escalationManage loyalty program to encourage sales & repeat businessQualifications1+ year of experience in bakery production or food retail leadershipProven ability to implement system improvements to optimize performanceAble to effectively manage time and crew, navigate changes and fill in the gapsStrong mathematical, leadership & communication skillsAvailable fulltime, Wednesdays through SundaysPhysically able to stand & move the entire shift and lift up to 25lbsSubmit to various background checks and COVID protocolsMust have vehicle to travel between locations in Atlanta and TuckerPackage DetailsBenefits$150 monthly medical insurance, plus $50 monthly commute stipendTwo weeks paid vacationOr refer someone
