We are seeking reliable and motivated Baker/ Oven Operator to join our food production team. The oven operator supervises the cooking process for our products.
* Cook kolaches according to established standards
* Maximize oven use to ensure oven is loaded to capacity and filled at all times when necessary
* Prep, load, and unload ovens
* Monitor cooking throughout the day
* Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and food safety guidelines
* Perform basic quality checks on products
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
* No prior experience required (training provided)
* Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of food safety is a plus
* Food production facility (temperature may vary)
* Standing and repetitive tasks required
* Full-time / Part-time available
* Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
* Pay: $(11 - 13)/hour (based on experience) - 90-day evaluation required
