Major Food Group is hiring a Baker to join our team at Sadelle’s ! 
Sadelle’s is a modern ode to New York’s classic tradition of all-day dining. Since opening its first location in the heart of SoHo in 2016, the brand has reached iconic status thanks to its urbane, celebratory atmosphere and a menu of hits, including the best bagels in America. 

 
RESPONSIBILITIES :  

• Responsible for the preparation and cooking of foods based on recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards
• Follow recipes accurately and completely
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping and storing food
• Clean and restock workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas, adhering to sanitation/health regulations and company policy.

REQUIREMENTS : 

• Completed a pastry arts degree or certificate preferred
• Worked in a professional kitchen for 2+ years 
• Food handler's certification (required)
• Team-orientated and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills a must

Compensation : $18.00 - $20.00 / hour
