We are hiring a dependable and experienced Baker to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake breads, pastries, desserts, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and established preparation standards
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Prepare and maintain baking equipment and workstations
- Keep the kitchen and baking areas clean and sanitary
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies
Requirements:
- Previous baking or food service experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
