Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Baker to prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods whilemaintaining quality and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately
- Mix, shape, proof, and bake breads and baked goods
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality
- Prepare baked products according to production needs
- Maintain a clean and organized baking area
- Properly store ingredients and finished products
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with other kitchen duties as needed
Requirements
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of baking methods and food safety
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed
