BakerA baker is generally responsible for preparing, baking, finishing, and presenting bakery products according to Dunkin' operational standards while maintaining quality, freshness, and food safety. Bakers are also responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized baking area.Responsibilities Include:Prepare and bake donuts, muffins, bagels, croissants, and other bakery products according to company standardsFollow baking schedules, recipes, and production procedures accuratelyEnsure products meet quality, freshness, and presentation standardsOperate bakery equipment safely and efficientlyPrepare glazes, fillings, toppings, and other bakery ingredients as neededMaintain proper product rotation and storage proceduresMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to managementKeep bakery, prep areas, storage rooms, and equipment clean and organizedFollow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standardsPackage and label bakery products correctlyAssist with stocking bakery displays and suppliesWork efficiently to meet production deadlines and business demandsMaintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with managers and coworkersSupport restaurant operations and assist team members as neededEducation/Experience:No prior experience requiredBakery or food service experience is preferred but not requiredKey Competencies:Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and product qualityReliable, punctual, and hardworkingAbility to follow recipes and instructions accuratelyTeam-oriented with positive attitudeGood time management and organizational skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to changePhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing for extended periods of timeRepetitive motions including bending, reaching, lifting, and carryingAbility to lift up to 25 lbs., including trays, boxes, and ingredientsWorking around ovens, hot surfaces, and bakery equipmentEarly morning, overnight, or flexible scheduling may be requiredWorking in a fast-paced kitchen and bakery environmentEach franchise organization is an independent employer and thus responsible for making its own recruiting, hiring, and employment-related decisions.
