ProAmpac is seeking a Bag Machine Assistant to support our flexible packaging operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you’ll help set up, run, and shut down bag-making machines, load films and materials, and perform routine quality checks on bags for size, seals, and print. Working closely with operators and maintenance, you’ll monitor equipment, report issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S and safety standards.
