Preferred Experience: 3+ years in the hospitality industry, preferably fine dining
Hours: We typically offer 3-4 shifts about 7 hours each. Availability as early as 3:45pm M-th and 3pm F,S,Su required depending on shifts. Sunday, Monday & Friday and Saturday availability required.
Requirements:
- Be able to interact with upscale clientele and provide above and beyond guest experience
- Work in a team environment with other top-level restaurant professionals
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide what is necessary before being asked
- Learn detailed food knowledge and Italian pronunciation for specialty items
- Strong desire to grow and learn
